Web Sales and Customer Service Agent

We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Call Agent to join our Business Development Center (BDC). If you are customer-oriented and want to play a key role in enhancing the customer experience, join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from potential buyers via phone, text, email, and Messenger, providing basic information and redirecting specific questions to sales advisors.
- Appointment Management: Reach out to customers to schedule and confirm appointments at the dealership for sales, or after-sales, ensuring a positive experience.
- Customer Experience Follow-Up: Perform follow-ups after visits to ensure satisfaction and customer engagement.
- Internal Collaboration: Work synergistically with the sales and after-sales departments for optimal coordination.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement solutions to optimize customer service.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent bilingual communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven leadership with a positive, customer-centered approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and collaborate with various departments.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Compensation: Starting at $40,000 per year
- Benefits: Disability Insurance, Life Insurance, RRSP
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, day shift (8 hours per day)
- Location: On-site
